Our philosophy is to create the indulged dessert from the
tropical fruits, herbs and flora indigeneous to the tropical
world.
Our mission is aiming to disclose and reveal the joy of both
tropical country and Thailand's stunning array of ambrosial
fruits, herbs and floras in the most innovative way. Their
succulent sweetness and aroma with various kind of taste have
been adopted with modern food technology to be come the most
commonly known refreshment dessert "ice cream" and
"sherbet". We are also believe that the gift of
nature from fruit, herb and flora can benefit to all human
being as well if we use them in the right way. Thanks to our
R&D team that put a lot of effort by using folk way and
modern technology to create "Healthy and Tasty "
ice cream or sherbet.
How is your product
differentiation from the others?
We do research and manufacture an authentic oriental premium
ice cream and sherbet by implementing philosophy of an ancient
oriental folk lore who use the gift of nature from fruits,
herbs and flora in balancing human mind and body.
But the main dustinguishment
is how we derives the formulation and recipe to solve the
major obstrucle problem of critical nutritional factors in
typical ice cream content. With lower contents of calories,
total fat, saturated fat, sugar, cholesterol but higher in
raw material's content as well as dietary fiber and minerals
are our main criteria for R&D team without any compromisation.

We are manufacture, wholesaler, and retailer as well as raw
materials processor.

Yes, since our product are uniquely differentiated in term
if flavors, appearance with natural colors, and also nutritional
value. We believe that our products can fit well to the modern
lifestyle to the one who loves not only taste but also their
health.
What is the main
different between your products and gelato?
Ours are more nutritious of nutrition content and also lesser
overrun.
How do your factory response to Food Safety policy?
Our Food Safety policy is committed and implementation is
based on world standard HACCP and GMP by emphasizing on 3
main areas : MATERIAL - PROCESS - PRODUCT
What did you do
to your 3 main areas in order to archieve Food Safety satandard?
Material
: our raw materails ingredients and semi finished ingredients
are implemented by HACCP program with Quality Assurance controller.
Process :
all processes are designed to operate in closed system with
inplemented HACCP program to assure the high quality standard
start from mixing process to freezing process. Beside, our
factory in initially built in order to accommodate complete
facility and utility not only production facility but also
quality control and quality assurance with our own micro-biological
laboratory. Our facility is located far from industrialized
zone that may treatened our facility with hazadous atmosphere,
on the contrary ours do not create any harm to environment
in the surrounding community either.
Product
: our highly standard of product specifications are concerned
not only in physical term but also in micro-biological term
as well. With our modern micro-biological labortory and experienced
Food Technologists, we can assure our products with quality
control programs in order to archieve our highly product specifications
before reaching the consumer hands.
